I believe that Strategies Must Matter. To people and businesses. What does that mean? Let me explain. 
 
Are you a leader in a company? Chances are you think about where you want to go with your team, your business unit, or even your company. Chances are, you ponder what can make you more successful. Chances are, you weigh opportunities and risks, investments and returns. Chances are, you balance your portfolio. Chances are, you create a business strategy that you believe in.
 
But what about yourself? When was the last time you INVESTED in yourself? When was the last time you sat down and thought about where YOU want to go? Which peaks you want to reach? And WHY? Where you stand in your career, relationships, health & hobbies? Are you having a balanced portfolio? Are you having a clear strategy for yourself to believe in?
 
Chances are you are between 30 and 45. Chances are you have achieved quite a bit but you have more than 40 years (and a lot of potential) left. Chances are you could do great things in these 40 years if you set your mind, heart, and hand to it. Chances are you have very little time to actually sit down and do it.
 
I believe you can create your strategy that allows you to live with passion, purpose, and confidence in all areas of your life. I believe you can create your strategy that will allow you to have more peak experience and more things that really matter to you. I believe career, relationships, and health & hobbies go hand-in-hand not in competition.
 
Coming back to my opening statement: strategies matter. They must. Not only to businesses but even more to you.
